We require 2 full-time secretaries to join our growing firm.

One for our Litigation Department and one for our Private Client team.

Key responsibilities

  • Production of letters and documents using audio transcription.
  • Document organisation and assembly.
  • Provide support to one or more solicitors.
  • Dealing efficiently with telephone calls & enquiries.
  • Production of court documents and bundles.

Skills experience and qualities

  • Excellent secretarial and organisational skills.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
  • A polite, helpful manner.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
