Niamh graduated from Northumbria University in 2022 with a First Class Masters in Law incorporating the LPC. She initially practiced as a Paralegal at a North East law firm before joining Clarke Mairs in March 2023 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department. She began her training contract with the firm in September 2024 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026.
Niamh is part of the Commercial Property team, acting for landlords and tenants on lease acquisitions and disposals, and works collaboratively with the corporate team on pharmacy sales and acquisitions and other corporate transactional work, negotiating the property aspects of deals on behalf of clients.
