Leslie Gumas

Leslie studied law at Northumbria University and qualified as a solicitor in October 2020. She previously worked at North East law firms with a commercial real estate and agricultural law focus, before joining the Commercial property team at Clarke Mairs in April 2025.

Leslie handles a wide range of freehold and leasehold property transactional matters, along with serving regular clients with large commercial property portfolios. Leslie also deals with property matters forming part of personal wealth management, and estate planning.

Leslie works closely with the Clarke Mairs corporate team on the property and financing elements of large-scale pharmacy acquisitions and disposals.
