Laura Townend

Laura is a property solicitor, and primarily deals with commercial property but has experience in also dealing with residential property.

On the commercial side, Laura’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals and refinances (acting solely for a Borrower and on a dual representation basis).

Laura also specialises in pharmacy transactions and deals with the property aspect of pharmacy acquisitions and disposals
