Personal Matters

Kirsty qualified as a solicitor at a Newcastle city centre firm in 2010.  She had a varied caseload until 2018 when she took on the position of Senior Solicitor in the Private Client department at the same firm.

Kirsty joined Clarke Mairs in November 2019 as a member of the Private Client team, with a special interest in elderly and vulnerable client work.  She is a STEP Associate and is completing the STEP Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients with a view to obtaining full TEP status early 2020.  She is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and is DBS checked.

Kirsty can assist clients with Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advance Decisions, Trusts, Deputyship Orders and Court of Protection applications.
