Katy Rushworth

Katy completed her law degree at Trinity College, Oxford and trained with Clarke Mairs. She qualified as a solicitor in February 2009.

Katy acts almost exclusively, for landlords and tenants in the exercise of rights under the Leasehold Enfranchisement etc legislation.

She has particular experience in dealing with high value or contested matters.

Katy is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
