Gillian Bassett

Gillian was a partner at a London practice for several years before returning to her native North East. She has significant experience across the full spectrum of property matters, and acts for a varied client base including private individuals, property investors and lenders, guiding them through every type of commercial property deal – from acquisitions and disposals to funding and leasehold work for both landlords and tenants.

She is experienced in the property aspects of secured lending and works closely with investors and lenders, helping them buy, sell, lease, and secure property with confidence.

She is hands-on in portfolio management and tailors her advice to each client’s goals.
