Alexandra Rose

Alexandra joined Clarke Mairs in 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2021. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters and regularly acts for Insolvency Practitioners and individuals. Her experience includes assisting with pre-pack administration matters, bringing  transactional avoidance claims against directors and individuals, asset recovery claims and enforcement actions such as Charging Orders and proceedings under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Alexandra also acts for individuals in defending claims brought by office-holders and creditors and advising on personal guarantees.
