Katy StothardALEP - Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement PractitionersKaty completed her law degree at Trinity College, Oxford and trained with Clarke Mairs. She qualified as a solicitor in February 2009.

Katy practises in the Property Department dealing mainly with commercial property transactions.

Katy also has particular experience inacting for both landlords and tenants in the exercise of tenants rights under the Leasehold Enfranchisement etc legislation and is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). She also deals with a range of property litigation work.
