Fred BanningFred has been practising commercial litigation in the UK and North America for over 20 years.

Fred advises on all types of general commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on Professional Negligence and Property Litigation.

Fred is one of the very few solicitors qualified as Solicitor Advocate and regularly conducts cases in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal. The other Departments within the firm often call upon him to act as an in-house advocate, particularly the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Department.
