Personal Matters

Kirsty qualified as a solicitor at a Newcastle city centre firm in 2010.  She had a varied caseload until 2018 when she took on the position of Senior Solicitor in the Private Client department at the same firm.

Kirsty joined Clarke Mairs in November 2019 as a member of the Private Client team, with a special interest in elderly and vulnerable client work.  She is a STEP Associate and is completing the STEP Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients with a view to obtaining full TEP status early 2020.  She is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.

Kirsty can assist clients with Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advance Decisions, Trusts, Deputyship Orders and Court of Protection applications.
